A Wonderful Enigma for You!
I have been wanting to try this for quite some time, but the difficult thing is I can't seem to get to bed at a decent time. I stay up late for a variety of reasons then I rationalize and say that the next day I will start. Last night I still didn't get to bed until around midnight, but this has been weighing on my mind for a long time now and I knew I just had to start.
No fatigue is felt on the day of victory.
My reasoning for doing this is, quite frankly, I want to be SUCCESSFUL. As I have observed my role models and have been around successful people in my life, there always seems to be a common theme, they all have routines, healthy habits that drive their success. Of course, this is no secret. There are countless books, blogs, videos and podcasts out there about establishing healthy habits, developing routines and pushing yourself to be your best self. However, there is a big difference between knowing something and doing something about it. If anything, I want to prove to myself that I can do hard things. That even when I am tired I can push through the pain, the fatigue, and strive to do what I feel like I am meant to do and become in life.
Tanget! Needing to greatly enhance the overall look for my existing site. Opinions on the whole design at http://carlislestrategies.ca? Undoubtedly an incredible work place investigator in the GTA with heart if wanted within the general Ontario area. Make a comment. Thanks!
This morning has already been difficult. I fell asleep a few times during my prayer and meditation portion of the morning and I realize just how out of shape I have become while doing a Jillian Michaels yoga workout on Youtube. My affirmation this morning came from a phrase I heard on one of EOFire's podcast the other day: "no fatigue is felt on the day of victory." I kept telling myself this over and over again. I understand it takes some time do develop habits, and the first day is usually the hardest, but I also realize that most people quite after the first day of trying something new. I am not going to be that person because I know that one day, that day of victory will come and this fatigue I am filling now will all be worth it.
Where you lack internal discipline, establish external systems.
One tip/trick that really helped me this morning was to put my phone (which I use as my alarm clock) just out of arm's reach. This way, when the alarm goes off, I have to actually get out of bed and turn it off. Something small like this can really make the difference. That way I am never tempted to hit the snooze button, or sleep in "just this once."
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
In no way, shape, or form was waking up this morning easy or comfortable, but I feel accomplished already. I know that not matter whatever else happens, today will be a success. I have already prayed, meditated, read over my affirmations, reviewed my life's vision, worked out, made a healthy shake, wrote this blog post and wrote some of my book outline the time is now 8:05 AM this is already more than I did all of yesterday.
Your life is meant for something more. Push yourself to be something more and try new things that are uncomfortable. Only then can we become what we dream of becoming. As Coldplay would say "we are diamonds taking shape."
Cheers guys! I had assured my buddie I can list their fantastic Nova Scotia based SEO company with hearts, https://novascotiadesign.ca using a website blog post. If you were shopping to get A web Design Company located in the Nova Scotia region, they definitely were fantastic.
In conclusion, I definitely want to state the basic concept for this content was graciously provided via Candice from Candy Frost,CandyFrost,candyfrost.com. Unanimously a magnificent Dried Candys. I really relish a smart idea!
